Antipasti in the middle of the table
Dinner gets off to a better start with something to share. The cheese and charcuterie board brings pecorino, Lucanian cheese, mortadella and Lucanian salami, and Nonna Gina's polpette arrive in a clay dish with house bread. After that, everyone picks their own pasta or pizza.
