From the Parmigiano wheel to homemade dessert
The Pappardelle al Parmigiano con Pera e Noci are finished inside a 50-kilo wheel of Parmigiano next to your table, and Saverio, our chef and owner, comes out to serve them himself. To drink, tell us what you've ordered and we'll suggest an Italian wine to go with it. And if you've still got room, the desserts are homemade.
