What's in our carbonara, and which dish goes in the wheel
Our carbonara is spaghetti, guanciale, egg yolk and Parmigiano, with no cream. Cacio e pepe is simpler still: spaghetti, pecorino romano and black pepper, a dish from central Italy. The pasta finished in the cheese is a different one: Pappardelle al Parmigiano con Pera e Noci, tossed in a 50-kilo wheel of Parmigiano beside your table. Saverio comes out to serve it himself.

Questions before you come
Yes. The Cacio e Pepe and the wheel Pappardelle contain no meat or fish, though they do contain pecorino and Parmigiano. If you're a strict vegetarian, ask us about the cheeses when you're here.
Let us know when you book. The carbonara contains egg yolk, and the Carbonara pizza and the Pizza del Chef Saverio contain egg too. Before you order we'll talk it through with you and work out what you can have.
Yes, we do it to take away, and you can also order delivery through Glovo. Finishing the pappardelle in the wheel, right in front of you, only happens in the restaurant.
We're a three-minute walk from the Fluvià stop on the T4 tram and seven minutes from Selva de Mar metro on the L4. We don't have our own car park, and street parking is paid.
